We’re excited to spotlight your restaurant with a short-form social media feature designed to capture your vibe, your food, and the energy of your space—naturally and authentically. This version is streamlined and content-forward, perfect for sharing your story with our audience in a way that feels organic and approachable.
Below is what to expect so you can feel prepared and relaxed on filming day.
⏱ Timing & Scheduling
Time on-site:
This social feature is designed to be efficient and low-impact. We’re typically on-site for about 60–90 minutes.
Best time to schedule:
Choose a window when your restaurant has some life to it, but isn’t overwhelming for your team. Ideal times include:
Late morning before lunch rush
After lunch, before dinner service
Slower weekday evenings
The goal is to capture movement and ambiance without adding stress or noise.
🎥 Our Setup
This is a lightweight, social-first production—no big crews or equipment.
We’ll use:
Mobile phone cameras only
Natural lighting from your space
A two-person team
No DSLRs, no microphones, no lighting rigs. We’ll move easily through your restaurant and stay out of the way of service.
📸 What We’ll Capture
This feature is created specifically for social media and includes:
One feed Reel (up to 90 seconds)
2–3 Instagram Story posts, including behind-the-scenes moments
Footage may include:
Finished dishes and close-ups
Food moments as available
Hands, textures, pours, and movement
Interior ambiance and details
Natural team moments in action
This is less about perfection and more about personality.
🍽 Food & Drink Prep
Please plan to prepare 2–3 dishes, shared between two people, that best represent your menu. We recommend:
A best seller or customer favorite
A signature dish or specialty
A visually interesting drink or dessert, if available
We’ll focus on capturing the dishes in a way that highlights their textures, colors, and personality—along with moments from your space that help tell the story behind them.
🏠 Setting the Space
A few small touches go a long way on camera:
Wipe down visible surfaces
Clear unnecessary clutter from counters and tables
Make sure lights are on and working
Lower background music briefly if we ask
No major staging required—just your space as it normally shines.
